Well it was great to get back to Forest Glade for some football training today. However just as he grounds were starting to dry out we had yet another down pour yesterday making conditions a little wet and muddy out there today to say the least. Well done to all the kids for turning up and putting in maximum effort in these cold, wet and muddy conditions.

Today's training focused on a few of the points which were observed from the previous weeks friendly games. Hopefully all of the kids have learnt today not to pass the ball straight across your own goal straight after the goal keeper has thrown it out to you. So fingers crossed we will see none of this in tomorrow's friendly training games. Anyway this weeks Player of the Week awards went to Ben, Ethan and Max. Well done boys.

REMINDER : As a reminder if you have taken football shirts home from the friendly matches can you please return them asap. Please keep the socs and shorts as these will not change and you will need them for each game. However as we are mixing the teams up lately you may require a different shirt from one game to the next. So please return them so we can ensure all the teams have a full kit for each game. Thanks.
